Home delivery and pick-up across LA, Phoenix and Orange county
Complete RV preparation (Seal all the windows, floorings, and openings to keep the playa dust out)
Additional liquid propane tanks, a generator, and space for additional storage on a hitch carrier
Bike Rack will be provided if needed
Kits for bedding, kitchenware, and shower towels
Outdoor lantern, camping chairs, and camping table will be provided to fit your party size
Distance from and to Black Rock City + an additional 100 miles (1500 miles)

7 nights
RV Rental: $5,400
Insurance: $34.44 per night
Prep & Cleaning: Included
Home Delivery/Pick Up: Included (35 miles)
8th and 9th nights can be added for an additional $670 per night.

10 nights
RV Rental: $6,700
Insurance: $34.44 per night
Prep & Cleaning: Included
Home Delivery/Pick Up: Included (34 miles)
11th and 12th nights can be added for an additional $630 per night

At the conclusion of the reservation, a $1,500 security deposit will be returned within 4–7 days. Please be aware that there aren’t any extra fees or charges. As the event approaches, the prices will rise.

We provide a 2-week grace period during which you can change or cancel your reservation. The two-week window begins after the reservation deposit is received.

Insurance Waiver

Insurance will be waived if your personal auto insurance provider can cover the RV throughout your vacation. We’ll need documentation proving the coverage before the start of your trip

How long will the air conditioning run?

Schedule 10 to 20 AC hours in advance. Plan to carry additional 5 gallon LP tanks if you require more.

How long will the Rv fresh water last?

The RV tank sizes are indicated, but on average, moderate use will make the water last 2-3 days. We highly recommend obtaining water storage containers to carry with you if you need additional water.
